PREVENÇÃO DE GRAVIDEZ EM COMUNIDADES INDÍGENAS DA CIDADE DE MANAUS: PLANO DE INTERVENÇÕES ESTRATÉGICAS ADAPTADAS ÀS REALIDADES LOCAIS
The prevention of pregnancy in indigenous communities of Manaus faces significant challenges due to the combination of traditional and modern health practices and limited access to essential health services. This study aims to analyze these cultural and social complexities to develop adapted interventions that respect local traditions and improve the effectiveness of prevention strategies. To this end, a comprehensive literature review was conducted on the topic, through the analysis of scientific records and relevant publications, fundamental to the theoretical context. The results highlight the complexity of reproductive health in urban indigenous communities and emphasize the need for an integrated approach that respects their cultural and social particularities.
