Analysis of Nonlinear Phase Interactions of a Differential Line in the Presence of a Signal Skew

Nonlinear phase interactions between two signal lines of a differential line are analyzed with various signal skew levels and compensation distances. This nonlinear phenomenon may limit the operation of DL-based digital lines above ~10 GHz.
