An Organizational Optimization Algorithm for Resource Scheduling of Highly Infectious Disease Prevention and Control
The scheduling of resources represents a pivotal aspect of the prevention and control of highly infectious diseases. This paper addresses the issue of resource allocation for the prevention and control of highly infectious diseases. The objective is to minimize the use of prevention and control resources, the duration of prevention and control, and the number of infected people. A group evolution algorithm, SDA-DTEM(Social development algorithm based on double triangular evolution model), based on the social development model, is proposed. Experimental results show that the SDA-DTEM algorithm is an effective approach for addressing the challenge of scheduling complex medical resources. Compared to four representative algorithms, NSGA-II, MOE AID, SPEA-II, and GA, the SDA-DTEM algorithm exhibits superior performance in terms of obtaining high-quality non-dominated solution sets while maintaining good computational efficiency.
