Developing an Insurance Model: Assessing Site-Specific Development Suitability

This study addresses the challenges posed by extreme weather to property developers, proposing a model that balances profitability and the ability to respond to extreme weather events. The model is based on extensive data collection and integration, as well as the summarization of social, economic, and natural impact factors. The objective is to enhance the profitability of property developers while reducing the risk of development failure, particularly in high-risk areas increasingly affected by natural disasters, such as the United States and Europe.
