A EFICÁCIA DA CONTABILIDADE CONSULTIVA NA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL DAS EMPRESAS

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of advisory accounting in the digital transformation of companies. The specific objectives were: to present the concepts and peculiarities of advisory accounting, exploring its scope and significance in the modern context; to identify the fields of action and the challenges faced by professionals in the area, providing an understanding of the environments where advisory accounting is applied; and to discuss the challenges and successes of advisory accounting through case studies and related research. The methodology adopted for the development of this study includes a bibliographic review and the analysis of case studies. The results showed that advisory accounting provides a solid foundation for digital transformation by facilitating the integration of new technological systems with accounting practices. Companies that adopted this approach reported significant improvements in operational efficiency and responsiveness to market demands. Additionally, case studies indicated that advisory accounting professionals can add value by offering detailed analyses that not only enhance management but also support strategic decisions. This led to a clearer alignment between digital transformation objectives and long-term business goals, enabling organizations to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving business environment. It is concluded that advisory accounting not only supports technological adaptation but also fosters continuous growth and innovation.
