OS CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM OBSTÉTRICA NA GESTANTE COM TROMBOFILIA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

The present work aimed to investigate in the scientific literature what Obstetric Nursing care is provided for pregnant women with thrombophilia. As for method, this was an integrative review being carried out between September and October 2024, whose guiding question is: how does obstetric nursing care occur in pegnant women with thrombophilia? The inclusion criteria were: studies published in Portuguese, English and Spanish, in the years 2020-2024, with combinations of descriptors, namely: (THROMBOPHILIA) AND (Nursing Care) OR (Pregnancy), found in the Virtual Health Library, MEDLINE and LILACS databases. Articles that presented duplication, monographs, dissertations and theses, or those whose title and objective do not articulate with this study were excluded. The result shower 28 articles, 04 article from Lilacs and 04 from MEDLINE were selected after reading the title and abstract, totaling 08 articles. The integrative review revealed scientific works with topics related to genetic studies, epidemiological data on pregnancy and birth rates; associations between thrombophilia and gestational outcomes, in addition to innovative treatments that allow for equalization of the vitality of newborn born to postpartum women with or without thrombophilia. The conclusion of the review was that specific knowledge about clinical, genetic issues, treatment and monitoring of women with thrombofilia should be a topic discussed among women’s health and obstetrics professionals.
