Hybrid Switched-Inductor Switched-Capacitor High Step-Down Converter
This paper presents a hybrid DC-DC converter composed of switch-mode DC-DC converters and switched-capacitor circuits. The system has continuous voltage regulation, low voltage stress across switches, low inductor current, low input and output current ripple values, and high frequency of the output capacitor voltage ripples. Operation of the converter, its efficiency and loss distribution in transistors are demonstrated in the paper.
