Research on Laser Lift-off Process of Flexible OLED Panels for Phototherapy Application

This study focuses on laser lift-off process in the phototherapy flexible OLED manufacture and its impact on devices. This article mainly analyzes the challenges faced by the current laser lift-off process of phototherapy flexible OLED panels, analyzes its effects on the luminous uniformity, luminous intensity and reliability of phototherapy flexible OLED panels from the aspects of laser type, laser energy, polyimide type and sacrificial layer, and finally gives the process verification results. Based on the experimental verifications of different types of lasers, scanning methods and substrates, the laser lift-off process yield up to 88% is proposed, which provides the possibility for the effective production of high quality phototherapy flexible OLED panels.
