Effect of Gamma and Electron Irradiation on the Spectral and Luminescent Properties of a Composite Film with Halide Perovskite Nanocrystals
The paper presents the results of a study of an optical composite with a glass-crystalline filler exposed to ionizing radiation. The glass-crystalline material consists of a borosilicate matrix in which CsPbBr3 nanocrystals were formed as a result of heat treatment. The spectral and luminescent properties of composite films exposed to gamma and electron irradiation were assessed. The results obtained indicate that the composite retains the emissivity of halide perovskite nanocrystals, while the observed decrease in the integral transmittance after electron irradiation with fluence 1015 e/cm2 did not exceed 5 %.
