Effect of Asymmetrical Coating by Ald on Lagp Solid Electrolyte

In this work, the effect of the coating on the properties of a solid electrolyte of composition Li1+xAlxGe2−x(PO4)3 was studied. Aluminum oxide coatings were applied by the ALD method. It was found that the use of the coating significantly increases the life of the solid electrolyte by protecting the surface from reaction with lithium.
