Influence of a Miniature Gas Cell Heater on the Parameters of a Radio-Optical Resonance Line

The paper presents the results of a study of the influence of the magnetic field generated by two types thin-film resistive bifilar heaters of a miniature gas cell, with single-layer and double-layer topologies, on the parameters of the radio-optical resonance line. The heaters were manufactured using MEMS technology. The influence of the heater magnetic field was estimated by the broadening and shifting of the radio-optical resonance line in 87Rb and 133Cs vapors during the operation of the experimental setup in the quantum magnetometer mode with optical pumping. It was shown, that when the heaters operate on direct current, the resonance line broadens by ~ 1.5 times for single-layer heater and by 1,05 times for double-layer heater. The use of the heaters on alternating current made it possible to completely eliminate the influence of the heater magnetic field on the resonance line parameters. The double-layer heater had a significantly smaller effect on the resonance line than the single-layer heater.
