An Inverse Problem of Differential Equations of Non-linear Oscillations

With the help of presented algorithm based on the non-linear method of least squares it is possible to find the unknown values of parameters that are components of differential equations whose solutions could be used for adequately modeling oscillations of non-linear systems in radiophysics, electronics etc. The input data of the algorithm are the experimental data on time dependences of said oscillations. The novelty is in study of the case when the differential equations have no analytic solutions and can be solved only numerically.

Abstract

With the help of presented algorithm based on the non-linear method of least squares it is possible to find the unknown values of parameters that are components of differential equations whose solutions could be used for adequately modeling oscillations of non-linear systems in radiophysics, electronics etc. The input data of the algorithm are the experimental data on time dependences of said oscillations. The novelty is in study of the case when the differential equations have no analytic solutions and can be solved only numerically.
