Legal Guarantee of Marine Economic Development in Bohai Rim Region

As the processes of economic development and regional integration continue to advance, the regional economy plays an increasingly critical role in social progress. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the significance of the Bohai Rim Economic Circle has become increasingly prominent, emerging as a new engine of China's economic growth, following the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta. However, the development of the maritime economy in the Bohai Rim region faces numerous challenges related to the rule of law. To ensure the high-quality development of the maritime economy around the Bohai Sea, this paper analyzes the current status of the maritime economy in the region and the necessity of legal guarantees. It identifies the difficulties encountered in the governance of the marine economy and proposes relevant legal recommendations, aiming to provide a robust legal framework for the high-quality development of the economic society surrounding the Bohai Sea.
