Selective highly sensitive gas sensing by using the BeP2C monolayer: a theoretical study

The BeP 2 C monolayer can be used as a work function sensor for NO, effectively detecting NO at room temperature, NO 2 at 400 K, and being suitable for SO 2 capture, providing a preliminary theoretical basis for future research and applications.
