Influencia de la gestión del conocimiento, la administración del tiempo y el manejo de TIC y TAC en el cumplimiento de procesos administrativos en instituciones educativas

Organizations of all types are seeking continuous improvement of their processes to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. In the case of educational institutions, the administrative processes carried out by teachers represent one of the main inputs so that the rest of the operations flow appropriately and make it possible to provide quality service to internal and external clients. The present research addresses how the level of knowledge management, time administration, and the management of ICT and LKT is related to the fulfillment of the administrative processes of a higher level educational institution in its preparatory section. With a significance level of .05, it has been proven that the level of time management presented by teachers significantly affects the delivery times of student performance reports, thus affecting the administrative processes of educational institutions.
