Successful surgical management of anterior cervical meningomyelocele associated with Klippel–Feil deformity using anterior vertebral reconstruction: a case report
An anterior cervical decompression combined with fusion led to excellent recovery in this patient and could be of potential interest for surgical management of spinal malformation combined with embryological neural structure abnormality. The current literature is reviewed, along with the different modes of surgical treatment available for this unusual clinical entity.
