Professional Development of a Teacher in the Context of Digitalization and Transformation of Education

The article discusses the conceptual directions of professional development of a modern teacher in the context of digitalization and transformation of education, in particular, the nominal form of professional development of the school staff «methodological subscription », as well as the tutor Network – a community of professionals with high professional skills who are passionate about their business, collegially solving topical issues of education and self-education for all subjects of the educational process. The main requirements for the development of digital skills of a teacher, filling existing professional deficits and the main contradictions in a modern school that inhibit the development of digital technologies in education are identified.The purpose of the scientific article was to determine the conceptual direction of professional development of a modern teacher in the context of digitalization and transformation of Education.
