Characterization of the gut microbiota in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection during controlled ovarian stimulation

Patients in the COVID-19 group exhibited significant disparities in the gut microbiota composition compared to the healthy women during COS. However, the IVF outcomes did not show any significant differences between the two groups. Collectively, our speculation suggests that SARS-COV-2 infection may alter the gut microbiota without impacting IVF outcomes.

Abstract

Patients in the COVID-19 group exhibited significant disparities in the gut microbiota composition compared to the healthy women during COS. However, the IVF outcomes did not show any significant differences between the two groups. Collectively, our speculation suggests that SARS-COV-2 infection may alter the gut microbiota without impacting IVF outcomes.
