FORTALECENDO A COMUNICAÇÃO NA PMPR: UMA PROPOSTA DE ACESSO REMOTO À FERRAMENTAS DA INTRANET

This study explores the significance of internal communication within the Paraná Military Police (PMPR) and proposes the development of an application that enables remote access to the corporation’s intranet. The research identifies relevant functionalities already available on the intranet, such as document templates, schedules, announcements, and course registrations, which could be optimized through a digital channel. The proposal aims to enhance communication and operational efficiency, particularly for operational personnel who often lack access to information available solely within the barracks. Furthermore, the analysis of challenges related to security and communication personalization emphasizes the need for a system that values police officers and strengthens the organizational culture of the PMPR.
