MSME Perspective on Sustaining QRIS Adoption Towards Smart Economy

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect the decision of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSME) in Solo to keep utilizing QRIS in their digital transactions to implement the Smart Economy for MSMEs. This study makes use of a modified version of the Technology Continuance Theory model that includes both governmental rules and subjective norm factors. This study takes a causal associative approach and employs quantitative approaches. In Solo Raya, data was gathered from 384 MSMEs utilizing QRIS through proportionate stratified random sampling methods. PLS-SEM is used in the data analysis method with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. According to the study's findings, the modified technological sustainability theory model can forecast the variables that affect people's intentions or interest in sticking with QRIS in a sustainable way. In this study, the modified model can explain 70.5 percent of the variations. From a policy perspective, a massive promotion on the use of QRIS for MSME would enhance the continued use of QRIS and eventually will support smart economy success.
