Abstract

Faster processing time and increased accuracy of results were benefits of using the system in processing payroll in the company. Process of This study aims to identify problems and provide recommendations for solutions related to the employee payroll process at the document distribution service company, especially for clearing documents. The methods used for data collection were observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, for system design, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The problem that found in this study was the payroll processing quite long, less effective and errors often occur in data recap and calculation of salaries. The proposed system design for the company is a cloud-based employee payroll with an accounting information system that can be accessed through a website connected to a cloud server, thereby increasing the system's flexibility. This proposed system also can assist in recording, storing, and calculating salary data, including attendance, overtime, leave or permits, loans, benefits, social security contributions, and income tax deductions on salaries.
