Study of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Components of Foam Ceramic Material

Describes the development of the composition of ceramic masses based on the flask of the Taskalinsky deposit, bentonite clay of the Pogodaevsky deposit, Shubarkol coal of the Karaganda region, ensuring the production of effective ceramic materials. A description of the production of ceramic mass from these materials is given. The most important physical and mechanical properties of the samples of the obtained ceramic mass are given. characterizing their efficiency, i.e. average density, compressive strength, moisture absorption, total porosity, thermal conductivity. Methods for determining the most important physical and mechanical properties of samples are described. The results of the conducted research are presented. Conclusions are given based on the results of the conducted studies.
