Innovative Service Design of Online Agricultural Product Platforms: Improving User Experience and Trust

The rapid growth of online agricultural product platforms has revolutionized traditional agricultural markets, offering consumers more convenient purchasing options and expanding sales channels for farmers. However, challenges such as the lack of product transparency, inadequate trust mechanisms, and varied user needs hinder the platforms' development. This study explores innovative service design strategies to enhance user experience and build trust in online agricultural product platforms, guided by the Double Diamond Model. By identifying critical obstacles and addressing them through digitalization, AI-driven analytics, and ethical farming practices, this research proposes a user-centered service innovation framework. The study emphasizes intelligent interface design, product traceability mechanisms, and interactive consumer feedback systems to foster trust and engagement. Through iterative prototyping, testing, and optimization, this approach aims to create a sustainable and reliable platform ecosystem that meets diverse user needs. The findings provide actionable insights for online agricultural product platforms to improve competitiveness, user satisfaction, and long-term market sustainability.
