Development of an Effective Irrigation Model Based on the Assessment of the Productivity of Dust Generation Sources in the Mining Industry

The development of an effective irrigation model based on the assessment of the productivity of dust generation sources in the mining industry is based on the patterns of formation and propagation of dust flows. Thus, the concentration of dust in the air is proportional to the specific dust yield, which depends on the performance of the source of dust formation, the properties and technologies of mining and overloading of the rock mass. In this case, the dust concentration is proportional to the performance of the dust generation source and inversely proportional to the function of the air flow in which the dust is diluted [1]. Determining the effectiveness of the irrigation process will be the cost of dust suppression depending on specific parameters and dust control technology. The development of an effective irrigation model requires the use of an engineering solution, since technological indicators of rock mass overload and specific units of operation of technical devices are taken into account.
