La expresión oral y las modernas metodologías de enseñanza de idiomas
This paper aims to contribute to the history of teaching materials for Spanish as a foreign language, especially those that highlighted oral expression. It deals with the context in which the Cortina method is composed, the motivations that originated it and, especially, the content and structure of the materials that characterize it. Among them, the description of Spanish pronunciation, figurative pronunciations and the Cortinaphone, which allows oral repetition of what has been heard, stand out without a doubt.
