Planning and Experimental Studies of Optimal Parameter Selection in Plasma Cutting
In this study, various methods were employed, including literature review, experimental design, mathematical modeling, and empirical experimentation. Such a multifaceted approach facilitated a comprehensive examination of the influence of different parameters on the plasma cutting process and enabled the development of scientifically grounded recommendations for optimizing these parameters. The obtained results hold significant practical significance and can be applied to enhance cut quality, increase productivity, and reduce processing costs. The identified dependencies and formulated recommendations contribute to the optimization of plasma cutting processes across various industrial sectors. Analyzing the mathematical model, the impact of cutting speed and power on process accuracy was investigated. The research findings revealed that the speed of the workpiece movement significantly influences cutting accuracy, underscoring the importance of this parameter in ensuring high-quality cuts.
