A INTERSECCIONALIDADE DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A CRIANÇA: DESAFIOS PERSPECTIVAS NA DEFESA DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS

This article aims to discuss the intersectionality of violence against children, emphasizing the importance of understanding this problem from an intersectional perspective in contemporary Society. Among the publications identified, negligence was the main type of violence suffered, noting that males are the most affected gender, stating that the aggressor is always a member of the family. Still in this core, it becomes evident that fathers are the greatest perpetrators of violence against children, with the mother standing out as the greatest aggressor. The present discussion aims to explore these challenges and identify possible perspectives to advance the protection of children's rights, considering intersectionality as a central aspect in the formulation of effective strategies to combat violence. The results demonstrate the need to identify all types of violence early, especially negligence, recognizing that there is no significant distinction between the sexes and that the family environment is the most favorable place for the development of violent events. Only through a joint effort can we build a future where violence against children is effectively eradicated.
