Study of Fire-fighting Water Supply Systems on the Territory of Pavlodar Region

The main aspects of fire water supply system in the territory of Pavlodar region are considered. A number of problematic issues related to the technical condition, operation, and inspection of fire hydrants are studied. The total number of existing fire hydrants in the cities and towns of Pavlodar region was analyzed. A list of reasons for the lack of effective management and proper maintenance of fire hydrants was compiled. It was revealed that the largest number of fire hydrants is absent in the territory of Pavlodar city and Sharbakty district. The problems have a systemic nature and require immediate solutions to ensure the organization of an effective firefighting process. As a solution to the main problems, it is proposed to create an electronic system of accounting for firefighting water supply sources in the study area, which will accelerate the firefighting process and reduce possible risks.
