Mathematical Model for Assessing the Professional Qualities of the Working Staff

A mathematical model of a social type based on expert assessments of the input parameters of the model is considered. The expert assigns a certain maximum score to each input parameter of the model (a point scale of measurements), which is further taken into account when assessing the professional qualities of an employee and compliance with occupational safety. The article offers point estimates of professional qualities of an employee by the method of expert assessments. The advantage of the proposed model is a new approach to the technology of personnel selection using traditional methods of selection and accounting of professional qualities that ensure occupational safety. The purpose of implementing a mathematical model for assessing the professional qualities of working personnel is to establish the compliance of a specific employee to perform a certain type of work at a certain production facility (site, workshop, etc.), taking into account labor safety.
