Functional Outcomes in ACL Reconstruction: A Randomized Controlled Trial Comparing All-Inside and Transportal Techniques.

When comparing the methods' functionalities, no statistically significant gaps emerged. All-Inside approach preserves bone and gracilis tendon, reduces post-operative pain, and strengthens knee flexors. Although, early rehabilitation favors all inside, both methods are equally effective over time. In comparison to the traditional Transportal Technique, All Inside has a greater learning curve and costs more.
