Counterintuitive Trend of Intrusion Pressure with Temperature in the Hydrophobic Cu 2 (tebpz) MOF (Small 42/2024)
Intrusion Pressure The high vapor confined within the hydrophobic Cu2(tebpz) metal–organic framework led to a counterintuitive trend of the intrusion pressure with temperature, compared to naïve interpretations of the classical Young-Laplace law. This is due to a peculiar combination of the geometrical and chemical characteristics of the porous medium, favoring the formation of a dense vapor inside the material.
