Therapeutic effect of recombinant Echinococcus granulosus antigen B subunit 2 protein on sepsis in a mouse model
The therapeutic effects of rEgAgB on mice with sepsis was observed in a mice model that was associated with reduced inflammatory responses and increased regulatory responses, possibly through inducing polarization of macrophages from proinflammatory M1 to regulatory M2 phenotype through inhibiting TLR2/MyD88 inflammatory pathway.
