International and Domestic Legal Regulation of Transnational Shipments

While researching the presented issue, I discussed the main mechanisms of internal legal and international regulation of shipments of different countries, in order to present in the paper the main foundations that mostly lead to the formation of fundamental issues of shipments between world countries. The essence, principles, foundations, and legal nature of shipping were also discussed. The aim and task of the paper is both theoretical and practical research and analysis of cargo transportation, the control mechanisms of unlicensed cargo transportation on the border, as well as passenger car transportation. The theoretical aspects include the research of the existing shipping agreements, the main mechanisms for the regulation of domestic and international shipping of the countries of the world, the analysis of existing gaps and the ways to solve them. Also, finding and eliminating problems of conventions and various official systems in the world (using both Georgian and foreign literature). The article includes a discussion of court decisions (as real practical examples) on international and domestic legal freight and passenger road transport issues, which will make the issue much clearer, predictable and regulated. The article also discusses the basic conditions for the supply of goods developed by the Chamber of Commerce (Incoterms), on the basis of which the obligations of the parties to the contract for the sale of goods are determined at different stages of the goods turnover (from the supplier's warehouse to the recipient's warehouse), as well as the rules for the distribution of transport and other related costs between the seller and the buyer. The moment of transfer of risk and responsibility in case of destruction or damage of goods during transportation, etc.
