The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that metaphors in medical online communication were analyzed taking into account the main axiological components of medical activity with an emphasis on the evaluative and value components contained in the metaphors under consideration. As a result, it was found that in modern online medical communication, the axiological components of medical activity are represented through the metaphor. Among these components, the aspect of evaluation and the aspect of value are separately highlighted. The research material is represented by the metaphors found in the French online space and structured according to the semantic feature.
