THE EFFECTS OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR ON INTERNATIONAL POLITICS AND GLOBAL SECURITY
The Russia-Ukraine war that started in February 2022 is a war that seriously threatens global security. In addition to having a serious impact on food and energy security on a global scale, the balance of forces, a fantastic increase in mili-tary spending, and a change in the policy of pacifist states, this war made nuclear facilities the object of military attacks for the first time in human history. The article analysed the geopolitical causes of this conflict, the politics of foreign players, and the effects of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that started in the Middle East on this war.
