Superconductivity above 30 K due to the introduction of oxygen in CaFeAsF

Superconductivity with an onset T c up to 30.7 K is uncovered in air-annealed CaFeAsF. The occurrence of superconductivity is most likely caused by the doping effect of the O element at the F positions during the annealing process.
