Analysis of PQ Measurement for Finding Electrical Problems: Case Study in Food and Beverage Plant
This paper presents the affected quality in the industrial plant. The data measurement showed that the ripple of the voltage ripple, current and the frequency in the industrial plant. These fluctuations in voltage, current and electrical frequency affected the work processes in the industrial plants. The fluctuations of the voltage, current and the frequency are the harmonic effect in the industrial plant effects of motor Inaccurate motor control and often trip breaker. The tool using a hi-resolution measurement is the power analyzer. The result consists of an electrical system in the industrial plant reference on standard EN50160 for the AC voltage parameters and IEEE-519 for the power system. The harmonic frequency at 50.04 Hz is below standard requirement, the total harmonic voltage of L<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</inf> is 3.88%, L2 is 3.58% and L3 is 3.58%. They were lower than the standard requirement. The percentage of total harmonics currently has Li is 29.79%, L2 is 31.88% and L3 is 29.31%. They were more than the IEEE 519-2014 requirement. The problem is necessary to find a solution so that the value meets the standard.
