Personnel System Mobile Application Design Payroll: Case Study for MSME

Several MSME companies face challenges in their personnel and payroll systems which are still done manually, causing inefficiencies and can slow down company operations. This research aims to design a module front-end on the MSME Company based personnel and payroll system application mobile react native using methods iterative incremental. With a focus on designing mobile applications user-friendly, this research aims to improve operational efficiency as well as user experience. Testing is carried out using two methods: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Usability Scale (SUS). UAT results show that the system almost completely meets the requirements with an average agreement of 99.89%. The SUS results show an average score of 75, which indicates that the application is well received by users.
