Refining Indoor Positioning Mathematical Models for Medical Devices in Diverse Hospital Wards
Tracking the location of medical devices in large hospital is a challenging and critical task due to the large number of devices and the time-consuming process. This work focuses on finding suitable mathematical models for tracking the locations of medical devices in large hospitals without requiring additional configuration on the network infrastructure such as Access Points. Through experimentation and analysis, the performance of different mathematical models to determine the most appropriate one for reducing the time needed to locate medical equipment within the hospital were investigated. Our results present accurate medical equipment tracking, reduce the time required to find devices, and enhance the overall efficiency of medical service delivery.
