Internet of Things: Unveiling the Network of Connected Devices and Their Transformative Impact on Security
The advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) has ushered in a new era of interconnected devices, necessitating innovative solutions to address the evolving challenges. This study introduces Dynamic Edge Learning for IoT (DELI), a novel methodology that integrates Edge-Based Adaptive Data Filtering (EADF), Federated Learning for Edge Devices (FLED), and Context-Aware Resource Allocation (CARA) algorithms to optimize IoT system performance. EADF dynamically adapts data filtering parameters at the edge, enhancing real-time processing and efficiency. FLED allows decentralized model training with private data, enabling collaborative intelligence. CARA makes it easy to deploy resources to changing IoT circumstances depending on need, enabling their effective utilization and expansion. The study compares DELI data transmission speed, safety, ease, and speed to other techniques. It considers interoperability, freedom, latency, and energy savings. Radar maps, scatter plots, and line graphs demonstrate DELI's power. The results confirm DELI's excellence in solving IoT issues. This cartoon highlights DELI's revolutionary technique, which might revolutionize IoT systems and raise performance and adaptability requirements.
