Delphi Survey for the Application of High School Credit System for Students with Health Impairments
The purpose of this study is to explore the desirable direction and plan for applying the high school credit system when considering the specificity of remote classes for students with health impairments as special education subjects. To achieve the research objectives, an expert Delphi survey was conducted, and six elements of the application of the high school credit system were investigated and analyzed. As a result, it is agreed that the high school credit system should be applied to the education of students with health impairments. However, they were collected in the direction that it is necessary to relax or apply exceptions by applying the specificity of students with health impairments in terms of attendance rate for each subject, guaranteeing the minimum achievement level, and supplementary guidance for each non-subject, which are the criteria for promotion and graduation. Therefore, reflecting these results a plan to apply the high school credit system in the education of students with health impairments was proposed.
