Preface

Welcome to the vibrant world of ICPMMT conferences! We are thrilled to share the journey with you. The inaugural ICPMMT 2015 sparkled in Kenting, Taiwan, showcasing cutting-edge research. Submitted papers underwent rigorous review and earned commendation in the esteemed KEM (EI Compendex). The 2nd ICPMMT 2017 continued the tradition at Howard Beach Resort, Kenting, Taiwan. The 3rd edition in Auckland, New Zealand, in 2018 was a splendid success. Papers from ICPMMT 2017 and 2018 found their spotlight in the reputable MATEC Web of Conferences, celebrated for Open-access in Materials Science, Engineering, and Chemistry, with recognition across Google Scholar, CAS, EI Compendex, Inspec, DOAJ, Web of Science, and Scopus. The 4th (2019) and 5th (2020) ICPMMT events were held in Taiwan and New Zealand. Their impactful papers underwent robust peer review, making a mark in IOP: Materials Science and Engineering and Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) and Solid State Phenomena (SSP).
