Formation of an effective mechanism of innovation management at enterprises

The article examines the importance of the formation of an effective mechanism of innovative management in the conditions of the modern global economy and the state of war. Attention is focused on the essence of innovation management, its main tasks and elements, such as strategy, organizational structure, innovation processes, innovation culture, knowledge management and financing. The problems and challenges that arise during the implementation of innovative management in the conditions of war are highlighted separately, in particular, the need to adapt strategies to the changing environment and resource limitations. The prospects for the development of innovative mechanisms in the context of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, which can contribute to rapid adaptation to new conditions, are also considered.
