STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANISMSFOR IMPLEMENTING STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF OVERCOMINGTHE CONSEQUENCES MILITARY ACTIONS IN UKRAINE

The article discusses the strategic directions of development of mechanisms for implementing the state policy in the field of overcoming the consequences of military actions in Ukraine.Given the significant destruction of infrastructure, social and economic challenges, the article emphasizes the importance of effective public administration, which involves coordinating the efforts of government agencies, international organizations, civil society and the private sector.The main purpose of the article is to develop comprehensive approaches to economic recovery, social support for victims, medical care, strengthening national security and the introduction of the latest technologies.Attention is paid to the issues of long-term strategic planning and attracting international support for the country's reconstruction.Strategic management tools, such as SWOT analysis and GAP analysis, are used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats arising in the recovery process.It is also proposed to use the Balanced Scorecard system to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of state policy implementation in various areas: economic recovery, security, social support, and infrastructure reconstruction.The article emphasizes the importance of reforming national security, adapting to new challenges, such as cyber threats, and cooperating with international organizations to ensure law and order and human rights protection in the affected regions.Special attention is also paid to technological and innovative solutions that can help restore infrastructure and strengthen the country's security.Conclusions on achieving success in overcoming the consequences of military operations in Ukraine are provided.
