High Performance Balanced Linear Polarization Photodetector Based on 2D ReS2 (Laser Photonics Rev. 18(11)/2024)
Balanced linear Polarization Photodetector Based on 2d res 2In article number 2400661, Yibiao Hu, Jiajing He, Jun Wang, and co-workers present a balanced linear polarization photodetection system. The system consists of two in-plane anisotropic 2D material photodetectors with perpendicular crystal orientations. The highsensitivity polarization detection can be further improved by peripheral circuit processing. This balanced linear photodetector can be used in applications such as quantum information processing and image sensing.
