Identification and Overcoming of Customs Barriers in the Context of Transition to Domestic Components in Agricultural Engineering
The article examines the key customs barriers and risks faced by manufacturers of agricultural machinery when switching to domestic components in the context of import substitution. The systematization and classification of risks associated with a possible decrease in product quality, violations of production processes, cost increases and insufficient competence of personnel has been carried out. Special attention is paid to the development of a strategy to minimize these risks, including organizational, technological and regulatory measures. Recommendations are also offered on adapting production to new conditions and increasing the competitiveness of domestic agricultural machinery.
