Starting from this problem, activities were held to develop the Hindu Young Generation in Strengthening Mental Health at Pura Bhuana Puja to increase awareness of Hindu teenagers about the importance of mental health and provide a basic understanding of mental health so that teenagers can be aware of their mental condition and what to do when they are indicated to be experiencing problems. mentally. This socialization uses lecture, discussion and game methods. The material presented includes understanding mental health, characteristics of healthy and unhealthy mental health, factors that cause psychological disorders, how to cultivate love within yourself, and how to overcome mental disorders. The results of this socialization are that participants gain an understanding of mental health and how to maintain it, are able to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy mental health, know the factors that can cause psychological disorders, get tips for cultivating self-love, and get tips for overcoming mental disorders.
