IN-VITRO EVALUATION OF PUSH-OUT BOND STRENGTH OF FIBRE POST AFTER USING FOUR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROOT CANAL SEALERS
Objectives: To evaluate the push out bond strength of the fibre post luted with the help of dual cure adhesive cement after using Four different root canal sealers. 60 human mandibular premolars were selected for Materials & Methods: the study which were decoronated at the level of CEJ. The roots were ground to standardize the length of each sample (16 mm). Biomechanical preparations were done in every sample till 30,6%. Then These samples are randomly divided into Four groups (n=15) according to the sealers i.e., Group A- AH plus (Dentsply), Group B- Bio C (Angelous), Group C - Gutta Flow 2 (Coltene), & Group D- MTA Fillapex (Angelous). The sealers were mixed with master cone as per manufacturing instructions in each group. After 7 days then post spaces were made and posts (Tenax 1.3) & cemented using Paracore (Coltene). Then each sample were sectioned at Apical, Middle & Coronal third and push out bond strength were measured under Universal Testing machine. The push-out bond strength among the groups Results: were in the following order of decrease i.e., Group A > Group B > Group C > Group D .The push-out bond strength among Apical , Middle & Coronal third sections were in the following order of decrease: Coronal third > Middle third > Apical third among all the individual groups & also in comparison with each group. It can be concluded tha Conclusion: t the bond strength of AH Plus Sealer is highest as compared to Angelus BioC, Guttaflow & MTA Fillapex.
