Innovative Surgical Left Atrial Appendage Closure Technique: Early Experience of Inverted Spiral Closure Technique
The ISCT can be performed reliably through the same left atriotomy for mitral valve surgery and is a useful and effective technique for surgical LAA exclusion. There are still not enough patients and modalities for postoperative evaluation.
