PLASMA MEMBRANE RICH IN GROWTH FACTORS FOR THE TREATMENT OF MACULAR HOLES ASSOCIATED WITH MACULAR TELANGIECTASIA TYPE 2
Plasma membrane rich in growth factors is a valuable option for the treatment of full-thickness macular holes associated with macular telangiectasia Type 2. Its application promotes tissue regeneration and facilitates anatomical closure. The technique is reproducible and does not require manipulation of the internal limiting membrane.
